I am currently a home cake business in Pin Green in Stevenage, Hertfordshire in my little bungalow. I have a 5* Food Hygiene Rating which is shown on entrance.

You can either complete the contact form on my website, email or message me Facebook & Instagram.

In your message please include the following:

  • Allergens/intolerances - the kitchen I bake in & ingredients I use may contain dairy, gluten, nuts and soya.

  • Date you are wanting to collect your order. (Deliveries are offered for Weddings)

  • What would you like to order? (cake, cupcakes, party package etc)

  • How many guests are you wanting to cater for?

  • Themes/colour schemes/ ideas you have in mind? Welcome to send photos for inspiration, but won't be able to twin the creation.

Once all details have been discussed, you will need to pay a non refundable booking fee by either online bank transfer or PayPal. The booking fee is taken out of the total price of your order and then remaining payment can be paid before collection or cash on collection. Wedding orders will need to be paid by 2 weeks before the big day. If there is a cancellation/date needing to be changed the booking fee cannot be refunded and also may be charged to change date.

No orders are booked until the booking fee is paid.

I will then contact you the week leading up to collection with details, address and reminder of the remaining balance to be paid.

How much does a wedding cake cost?

Wedding cakes and every other cakes & bakes are bespoke, so prices vary on every order. I will need to know full details of what you would like for your big day or celebration for me to send over a quote for you. Please go to questions above to see what you include in your quote message. Thankyou.

What allergy/intolerance cakes do you do?

I can do dairy/gluten/nut free cakes, aswell as the normal sponge cakes which includes dairy & gluten. I don't do vegan cakes I'm afraid. Please note that all bakes MAY CONTAIN dairy/gluten/nuts, because of products & ingrediants used in our home kitchen. But extra care will be taken place for all orders.

My cake is damaged, can you fix it?

I'm afraid once the order has left the premises and is accepted when shown on collection/delivery (you will now have to sign a receipt on collection for celebration cake), I can not be responsible for any damage or what happens on journeys. Although I will always try my best to help all my customers, I will not accept rudeness towards myself, on social media and especially at my address.

Where do I store my cake and how do I look after it?

I will tell you all this when your collect you order, but please carry all celebration cakes by the bottoms as the sides of the box can bend in and damage the sides of the cakes. Store your cake in the fridge (buttercream melts) until it is needed. If your cake has fresh flowers on, please remove before serving. All flowers are wrapped in food safe tape to protect the cake from the stems. In the summer please put air con on full and put straight in the fridge. ALWAYS put your cake in the passenger footwell of the car or in an empty boot, never put on someones lap as the cake with slide and get damaged. Please be careful when driving, quide your cake with your life! When the cake has been cut, served and there is slices left, wrap in cling film or put in an air tight container. You can also freeze slices if you'd like to save it.

Can you do this cake for me? (Photo includes a cake with fondant icing)

My style of cake is buttercream, I don't do fondant cakes. Only time I use fondant icing for on top of cupcakes/biscuits for personalised stamps. You can see via my website, Facebook & Instagram what my style is.

I want my cake to look exactly like this... (sends photo) can you do it?

I'm afraid no. No cake decorater can do an exact replica of another cake decoraters creation. Also it's copying. Any photos sent to me will be for inspiration, I will always add my style to what you'd like. For example, drips, piped roses/other pretty piped buttercream, sprinkles & edible glitter. Please have a look at my cakes & testimonial pages before wanting to order ect to get a feel of what I can create for your celebration/event.

I'd like a cake for tomorrow, can you do it?

I'm afraid that will most probably be a no. Too last minute unfortunately. All celebration cakes are baked day before collection/delivery. Please give me at least 1 week minimum notice to order. But I can not guarantee that your date will be available. Always book as in advance as you can please.
